My wife made this little Calavera years ago and then she had to stop making art and go to work (her words, honest). She wil probably kill me for putting this up as she is surprisingly humble for such an accomplished woman but I love these little dia de los muertos figures she made. Notice the large amount of fireworks in the background. I am set for Guy Fawkes, Sylvester Nacht (which I think I mispelled, na ja, It’s the German new year, fireworks everywhere, yay!) Chinese New Year, Tet and any other celebration involving the controlled release of accelerants.
